Andrew ‘I have considerable doubt as to how reliable Gilligan’s evidence really is’ Gilligan really does not like being ignored does he? Take a look at his new article in the Telegraph, he laments how no-one else is taking up his year-long project and reporting on it. Even after getting his friend Douglas ‘conditions for Muslims in Europe must be made harder across the board’ Murray to help. He accuses those who are ignoring his ‘revelations’ of being scared. Of course it would never occur to him that maybe there is absolutely nothing there other than innuendo, sensationalists dramatisation, and as we established yesterday, ‘dishonest’ methods deployed to conjure up an illusion.

Being desperate as he is, Gilligan went over to the Guardian and wrote a piece there – again it attracted no more spin offs. But what really hurt Gilligan was the fact that the East London Advertiser did not report on this ‘revelatory investigative documentary’.  He says ‘the East End has one of the best local papers in Britain, a genuine mirror of its community. But curiously, this week’s issue seems to have missed a story which has been making some serious waves in that very community.’

What’s so curious Andrew? And where is this serious ‘waves’ in the community – maybe you should film it so we can all see it. Of course there is nothing curious about why the Advertiser is ignoring the story – Gilligan’s right-hand man in the hatchet job no longer works there. I am sure both Ted Jeory and Gilligan will be harassing the Advertiser editor to do something soon.

Gilligan is fast developing credentials for the BNP with his preaching of hate and intolerance. At Today’s EDL demo there were many placards that read “Close down East London Mosque’ – directly as a result of his preaching – let’s hope it doesn’t become incitement! Also take his blog for example (written at 2am) where he feels proud to have conned a school to not take part in the Big Read, his intention (as outlined by the title) was to destroy a fantastic event where a new world record was achieved.

Gilligan actively called various schools to scaremonger them and get them to pull-out, he succeeded with a single school, the rest dismissed his dishonesty based on facts and years of working with the East London Mosque. Oh Andrew…did you see the fireworks in your honour!

However, notwithstanding Gilligan’s incessant efforts the Big Read last night achieved a spectacular new world record. 3234 participants exceeded all expectations by breaking the Guinness World Record for ‘the most children reading with an adult.’ But Gilligan tried to paint this as some sinister ‘Muslim’ takeover the world event. But let us look at who took part and its diversity including politicians and celebrities, who came from across London to take part. To name a few there was the journalist Victoria Brittain, BBC London presenter Asad Ahmed and Hedy Epstein, an 85 year old holocaust survivor. And guess what they read…yep Charlie and the Chocolate Factory. Hey Andrew, you didn’t know that was on our reading list did ya!

As for Gilligan’s key witnesses, Hormuz Ali, Nurul Islam, Golam Mustofa, Bodrul Islam, Sajjad Miah and Ansar Ali he still plays cloak and dagger with them, as if the community does not know who they are. He tried to present them as independent members of the community, whereas in reality they are from Brick Lane Mosque and the Bangladesh Welfare Association with Badrul Islam (CEO) and Nurul Islam (Chair) from EMEP.

Gilligan’s obsession is not over, he slaves over his keyboard staying awake all hours of the night – writing articles, surfing, searching and God knows what else. He announced yesterday to dedicate a blog each lunch time to our site. Kick starting his attacks with a ‘cut and paste’ tripe on Abul Kalam and today on Abdullah Hasan. Don’t worry Andrew we won’t delete anything, unlike you we do not operate in ‘sinister ways’.
