Some thoughts on the news, religion and life in general
Everything but the truth
While we rage at the many distortions of the truth about this Israeli massacre in Gaza, an interesting story has missed the Muslim radar. Told by none other than our favourite paper, the Daily Mail – the case of the British Christian missionaries jailed for sedition in the Gambia is not as we imagined.
Far from the myth of harmless people doing God’s work in a savage land, the reality was of two hypocrites – spewing ever increasing hatred, as their increasing internal guilt grew! Yes, like almost every other Muslim majority country it is a dictatorship – ruled by a mumbo-jumbo believing wacko – but a hell-hole it isn’t.
Many sincere people sending money for their legal costs, will be devastated to learn that the truth was that this couple were in the Gambia because they probably had nothing better to do. The husband, tormented by his wife’s affair and child with a local Gambian, reacted by telling local Muslims that they were going to hell for not accepting Christ!
As for the specific charges, Edrissa Mbai, the magistrate, described them as being ‘without doubt the enemies whose real motive must be to destroy the peace, love and harmony that has existed between Muslims and Christians in the Gambia for generations.‘
Why you may wonder? Sending emails claiming the country was ‘sinking into a morass of Islam’; or how about ‘I believe it’s quite clear there is a growing extremist element in the army and indeed the country, I suggest we arm the Muslims with sticks and the Christians with machine-guns and let them fight’. All this while working as a uniformed prison chaplain!
It took many weeks, if not months for the real truth about this ‘barbaric Muslim dictatorship’ persecuting Westerners to come out. It may take longer for the mainstream media to finally uncover the gory truth about this latest Israeli massacre. But like the case of Iraq – will anyone be punished for their lies and war crimes? Doubt it.
Oh, about the rights of Christian missionaries, they should be allowed to preach as they like. But only in developed countries (Muslim or otherwise) – the way to God shouldn’t be through the stomach.

“We the Muslims have found someone who dislikes us!”
Wake up.
Ever read a book called Karin in Saudi Arabia? I recommend it highly.

I don’t know if you realise that by posting links to the Daily Mail website that you are endorsing it. Search engines reading you site will see the link to the Daily Mail web page and increase that page’s importance, resulting in even greater dominance of said racist hate rag.
You can still provide references without endorsing their content, by a subtle alteration of the link.
